The Pica d’Estats Awards are granted annually by the Lleida Tourism Board to acknowledge and reward the work done by journalists worldwide for the benefit of travellers and the tourism industry.
This invitation is open to all individuals and companies who present original work published or broadcasted in any news medium in any language between 19th October 2017 and 18th October 2018. The works should foster and disseminate the wealth, diversity and quality of the Lleida counties (Lleida Pyrenees and Lands of Lleida).
Prizes will be awarded in eight different categories:
> Written press
> Radio
> Television
> Press specialising in travel and tourism
> Photography
> International Press
> Local media
> Internet
Rewards for the 8 categories will be distributed as follows:
> 1 special prize of €10,000 for the best work across categories.
> 7 prizes of €5,000 for the winners in each of the remaining categories.
The period for submitting applications is from 19th October to 19th November 2018.
